China day for Finnish Members of Parliament, 29-30 August 2023

At the end of August, the China Office hosted its first offsite 24-hour hour China day for Finnish Members of Parliament to insert balance and diversity into the public discussion in Finland about the People’s Republic of China (PRC). Participants included 14 Members of Parliament, both experienced ones and newcomers, representing nearly all political parties of the parliament, representatives from China Office shareholders, and a handful of external experts.
